All the big-name supermarkets, banks, all the main takeaway franchises, clothing shops, motor vehicle repair shops, several good quality restaurants, a fully equipped hospital, a selection of doctors, dentists and physiotherapists and last but not least, a municipality that actually functions and delivers.

The size of the stands, and the allocated exclusive-use areas in Amber Lee, are generous by any standard, with the larger homes having exclusive-use areas ranging from 750 sqm to 850 sqm, allowing residents the luxury of privacy and space. Relax on one of the covered verandahs and watch a game of tennis, the grand-children playing in the pool, or socialize while enjoying stunning views overlooking the dams and the uMngeni Valley.
Significant emphasis has been placed on ensuring the safety of our residents. Perimeter security includes high voltage electric fencing and high-resolution thermal cameras, both of which are monitored 24/7 in a sophisticated control room. Regular perimeter patrols are undertaken by a complement of full-time security staff who are also responsible for access control and monitoring.
Recognising the importance of keeping busy, and keeping fit, the residents are encouraged to join one of the many clubs and make use of the wide range of available facilities/amenities.
